Ben brings 12 years of technology expertise to Dynamic HR. As the architect behind Dynamic EMS®, he leads the development of our workforce management platform.

Dynamic HR Limited is an Isle of Man-registered HR technology and consulting company founded in 2025 by Alison Pickett and Ben Higham-Smith. The company is certified to ISO 27001 (information security management) and ISO 42001 (AI management systems) standards, and provides services to businesses across the Isle of Man, United Kingdom, and Republic of Ireland.

Dynamic HR Limited develops and operates three software products: Dynamic EMS® (employee management system), Dynamic Schedules® (scheduling platform), and Dynamic Financials® (payroll analytics). Dynamic OmniPay® (multi-jurisdiction payroll processing) is currently on our roadmap with early access opening in 2026. In addition to its software products, the company offers HR consulting services including employment law compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
